A hiring management system designed and developed exclusively for the ease of firms to meet and hire the best talent across the globe. It has an admin panel to review overall progress of all jobs posted from open to close / hire stage.
It has a small game section as well similar to interview questionnaires which has a sole purpose to assess personality, behavior, communication skills of the candidate. Whole recruitment process is implemented in such an effective way that one could easily understand the current state of the candidature in a transparent manner. Stats based dashboard is also developed to review overall system impact like how many jobs are posted, how many candidates passed required tests, how many candidates are hired, in-process and close jobs etc.
